A ¥15,000 deposit is charged to your credit card.
Balance
Charged automatically to your saved card 14 days before check-in. Bookings made within 14 days are charged in full.
Cancellation
Full refund up to 14 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Personal details and ID for all guests must be submitted in advance through our system. We may not be able to send the door code until this is confirmed.
Other notes
The building is in a residential area. Please take particular care with noise and garbage.
- Parties are strictly prohibited. Please keep quiet especially between 21:00 and 7:00.
- The entire building, including the elevator hall and the area around the building, is non-smoking. A penalty of ¥50,000 applies to smoking inside.
- Please sort garbage into burnable, non-burnable, and cans/bottles/PET bottles in the kitchen bins. When they are full, move them to the large bins in the elevator hall.
- Please take large items such as suitcases and strollers home with you. Disposal costs may be charged for items that cannot be thrown away as normal garbage.
