Booking terms & house rules
Payment & cancellation policy
- At booking
- A deposit of JPY 15,000 is charged to your credit card.
- Balance
- Charged automatically to your card 14 days before check-in. Bookings made within 14 days of check-in are charged in full at the time of booking.
- Cancellation
- Full refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in. Cancellations after that are non-refundable (the full amount is charged).
- Length of stay
- Minimum 3 nights.
Check-in & check-out
- Check-in: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (self check-in via key box; the code is sent the day before arrival)
- Check-out: 10:00 AM (no late check-out)
- Early check-in: from 3:00 PM if cleaning is complete
- Luggage drop-off: from 12:00 PM on arrival day inside the entrance (not available after check-out)
House rules
- This is a residential area — parties and loud noise are strictly prohibited. Please keep quiet especially between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- The entire property, including the balcony and entrance, is non-smoking. A JPY 50,000 penalty applies to smoking inside.
- Please separate trash into burnable, non-burnable, and cans/bottles/PET bottles.
- Please take large items such as suitcases and strollers home with you.
Guest registration
Under Japanese law, all guests must submit personal and passport details in advance. The key box code may not be provided until submission is confirmed.
