Booking terms (all properties)
Payment & cancellation
- At booking
- A deposit of ¥15,000 is charged to your credit card.
- Balance
- Charged automatically to your saved card 14 days before check-in. Bookings made within 14 days of check-in are charged in full at booking.
- Cancellation
- Full refund for cancellations up to 14 days before check-in. After that, the full amount is charged and no refund is given.
- Minimum stay
- 3 nights (30 nights for Nishi-Ikebukuro Long Stay).
Check-in / check-out
- Check-in: 16:00–24:00 (self check-in with a key box)
- Check-out: 10:00 (no late check-out)
Guest registration
Under Japanese law, all guests must submit their details (passport details for non-Japanese residents) before arrival. We may not be able to send entry instructions until this is done.
