At booking
A ¥15,000 deposit is charged to your credit card.
Balance
Charged automatically to your saved card 14 days before check-in. Bookings made within 14 days are charged in full.
Cancellation
Full refund up to 14 days before check-in. No refund after that.
Minimum stay
3 nights minimum.
Check-in / out
Check-in 16:00–24:00 (self check-in with a key box) / Check-out 10:00
Guest registration
Under Japanese law, all guests must register before arrival (passport details for non-residents).
Other information
According to the regulation, non-Japanese nationals will be required to submit passport information prior to check-in.
Early Check-in
The standard check-in time is from 4:00 PM, but if you wish to check in earlier, we can accommodate you from 3:00 PM. However, if the cleaning is not completed, you may not be able to enter the room. In that case, you may leave your luggage inside the entrance, but please make sure to keep your valuables with you.
Luggage Storage Before Check-in
We can accept luggage storage starting from 12:00 PM. You may leave your luggage inside the entrance, but please make sure to keep your valuables with you.
However, as we cannot take responsibility for luggage storage, for convenience and security reasons, we recommend using the coin lockers at JR Koiwa Station.
Late Check-out
Check-out time is at 10:00 AM. We do not accept late check-outs. Due to our agreement with the cleaning company, the room must be vacated by 10:00 AM, so we appreciate your understanding. If check-out is delayed and cleaning staff is kept waiting, a penalty fee may be charged by the cleaning company, and we may need to charge that amount to you.
Luggage Storage After Check-out
We do not offer luggage storage after check-out. Due to cleaning and preparation for the next guests, we appreciate your understanding. Please use the coin lockers at the nearest JR Koiwa Station for your luggage.
